Welcome to YOGA WITH FIONA I’m Fiona Cash and I am totally in love with yoga! and I really want to share my interest and passion for yoga with you. I teach friendly and inclusive classes in a safe environment where I gently encourage you to listen to your body in order to provide yourself with the tools you need to feel comfortable enough to go deeply within and re-discover your true self. I love to motivate people and I want you to find that healthier, stronger and happier you and support you through your yoga journey.
